Alba Yoga Estudio

A studio the size of a class

Alba is one room, one terrace and twelve mats two streets from the sea. Nobody practises in a crowd here: when the mats are full, the class is full.

You book by message, you're greeted by name, and every posture is explained in your language before you're in it.

Three ways up the morning

Watch the sun climb as you read — that is the whole method.

Voices from the mats

I've tried yoga twice before and gave up both times. Here Marta learned my name on day one and my knees by day three.
Helen W. — British, Cabo Roig
The 8am class before work is the best decision I've made on this coast. Twelve people, no mirrors, no music videos.
Jonas K. — German, Playa Flamenca
Annika's yin on Wednesday nights is the only hour of my week with no phone in it. The terrace class in summer is pure magic.
Ingrid S. — Swedish, Punta Prima

The small questions

I've never done yoga. Which class do I start with?

Gentle hatha on Monday or Friday at 10:00 — it's built for first mats. Say it's your first time when you message; Marta keeps a spot near her.

Do I need my own mat?

No — studio mats, blocks, straps and blankets are included in every class. Bring water and socks for yin.

I have a bad back / knees / shoulder. Can I still come?

Tell us when you book and tell Marta before class — every posture has a gentler version, and with twelve mats she can actually watch yours. For anything medical, ask your doctor first.

What if the class I want is full?

We answer your message with the next free mat — usually the same class a day later. Passes never expire because a class was full.

Anything else? Send a WhatsApp — a person answers, in your language, usually before your next class.Ask on WhatsApp →

Come tomorrow morning

The mats are rolled, the kettle is on, and the eight o'clock starts slow. Say hello tonight and practise at sunrise.
